Where do you provide moving and storage services?
JD PLANET provides wooden-crate storage in Pyeongtaek and moving and packing services for the Pyeongtaek, Osan AB and Camp Humphreys areas. Contact us about other locations and confirm service availability before making arrangements.
Can I bring my own boxes or furniture to the warehouse?
Yes. Customer drop-off storage is available by prior arrangement. Send an item list or photos, your preferred arrival date and expected storage period so we can confirm availability and arrival arrangements.
How much does wooden-crate storage cost?
Monthly storage is USD 60 per 50CU crate, USD 80 per 90CU crate and USD 100 per 190CU crate. These are storage-only rates. Your total monthly fee is confirmed after loading from the actual crate sizes and quantities used.
Are packing, pickup and delivery included in the monthly rate?
No. Packing, pickup, transport and delivery are quoted separately according to your items, addresses, access conditions and requested services. Tell us whether you need storage only or help with transport as well.
Can you estimate the number of crates from my photos?
We can provide an initial estimate using your photos, item list and furniture dimensions. It is not a confirmed loading plan. Packing, dismantling and how items fit together affect the result, so the final crate quantities may change after loading.
What should I send for a packing and pickup quote?
Send photos of all items, quantities and dimensions of large furniture, the pickup address, floor and elevator details, preferred date and expected storage period. Let us know if you also need delivery later.
How do you quote a whole-home move with storage?
Share your origin, destination, preferred date and expected storage period. We arrange an in-person pre-move survey and prepare an individual quote that separates packing and transport from storage charges.
Can I retrieve some items while the rest remain in storage?
Please tell us the items you need and your preferred visit date and time in advance by email or text using your existing contact channel. We will check and prepare them. If crate rearrangement or additional handling is needed, we will explain any charges before the work.
